This project in Chiddingfold, Surrey focused on creating a traditional outdoor entertaining space that sits comfortably within its garden setting. The brief was to combine classic materials and craftsmanship to form a warm, inviting area centred around cooking, dining, and relaxed outdoor living.
A handcrafted oak pergola was installed to define the space and provide structure, while allowing light and openness to remain key features. Beneath it, a traditional stone-built pizza oven and outdoor cooking area were carefully constructed to complement the natural materials and timeless character of the design. The finished result is a well-balanced, characterful entertaining area that feels both functional and enduring.
